This is an example listing of a home for sale.  I would tell you all about it, including keywords like city and state, location, landmarks, then I would post photos like this!

Sell this house like this!

It is easy!  Look for the sign up link in the right navigation,  then Simply sign up for SellThisHouse.org, with a username and password, and a working email address, Then sign in and add post!  When you sign in you are in the “Dashboard.”  Look for Add Post.  The title box and body box is there for you to fill out.

To add pictures of your home for sale, Go to the dashboard as described above, and look for the small upload insert icon “square”.  When you mouse over it it says “add an image”.

Note: Make sure you put the cursor where you want the photo to appear, as when you upload/insert photo, this will determine placement.  Also save will not put it on your post, add to post is required so look for that when you are ready to save your photo.  If you make a mistake,  and that  is usually what I do, you do not need to add photo again, just click where you want the photo again, click the upload insert box, then look for library and open it there.  You will see the “insert in post” button again.

You can write additional information about your house, everything you want people to know about.

Then post a second, third, or several photos of your home! Show everything you can to help people see large images of your home.  These click to very large sizes!  Maximum width is best at 1400px, but anything close to that is fine as the largest size.

Tell them all about your home for sale, and what you like about it, great points, even reasons you are selling.  Of course tell them why they would want your home.

Then with your favorite pic, you can use it as a feature photo to show up on top of your page!

Then say the coolest things about your home for sale, such as on the water, or close to the park.  You can even put a photo of the park on the listing!  The more you say about landmarks and features, as well as address, helps!

You can also add items you have for your home for sale, including embed codes from Youtube, photo gallery, that you already have posted, even links to supporting information. Highlight the words in your body, then look for the chain at the top.  Make sure and include the provided http code for the link.  Just add your address after that.

We do encourage phone numbers for motivated sellers. You can delete it if you get any unwanted calls, have not see that to be the case.  The directions are simple.  When you get to the dashboard and see the box to write and Upload/Insert pictures, there is an html link on the far right.  Switch to that view, ignore the greek, and find where you want to embed your code, click on the mouse to put your cursor where you want to embed the code, right click and paste it there.  (hoping you right clicked and copied the code off youtube or your photo gallery.

Posting photos here helps a lot!  Large pictures of your home for sale can be seen! Name the photos with words that describe your location and home for sale, and it will also help search!  950px to 1400px “wide” is the best to use, so that when the photo is clicked on you get a large image.  Nothing more frustrating than small images that do not help much.

Then when you are all done, click publish, and it puts the site on for review, then when approved, it will be seen on Google very soon!
